Slow Cooker Italian Chicken

A simple Italian Chicken recipe


2-3 lbs Chicken Thighs (about 4-6)
2 28oz cans diced tomato
3-4 Bell Peppers (I tend to use "stoplight peppers" just to add colour)
1 large Onion
3 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder 


1) Slice Peppers and onions into strips
2) Put all ingredients into slow cooker
3) Cook for 8 hours on low (I usually do the first 2 hours on high and then 6 hours on low)
4) Share and enjoy!
